Payment Policy

Payment is required in advance to secure services. For semesterly packages, full payment is due at the time of enrollment. One-time sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Refunds and Cancellations

If you need to cancel your enrollment before services begin, the following refund policies apply:

  • Semester Packages: Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the semester start date are eligible for a refund minus a nonrefundable deposit (20% of the package fee). Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start of the semester are not eligible for a refund.

  • One-Time Coaching Sessions: Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a refund minus a $25 administrative fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session are nonrefundable.

Once services begin, all payments are nonrefundable. By enrolling in coaching services, you are reserving time and resources that cannot be reallocated once scheduled. This applies to both one-time sessions and semester-based packages.

If you're unable to complete your package within the designated semester (Fall: Aug 15–Dec 15, Spring: Jan 15–May 15, Summer: May 15–July 15), you may request a one-time extension or credit transfer, subject to availability and at the discretion of the coach.

If unforeseen circumstances arise, you may request a one-time credit transfer or rescheduling within the current or next available semester, also subject to availability and coach discretion. However, no refunds will be issued for unused sessions, partial participation, or missed deadlines.
